Previous positions held include Director of Fine Arts for Irving ISD, and Director of the State and National Champion L.D. Bell High School Band in Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD. He holds a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Music Education from the University of North Texas, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership K-12 from Dallas Baptist University.
