Dr. Murphy had the unique opportunity to teach in behavioral rehabilitation hospitals, Texas Neuro-Rehab Center and Meridell Achievement Center for students with extreme behaviors. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Woman’s University, a Master of Educational Leadership Degree from Lamar University, and a Doctor of Education Degree in Educational Leadership K-12 from Dallas Baptist University.
